TWO TWINS, ONE GLOBAL MOVEMENT
TWO TWINS, ONE GLOBAL MOVEMENT
With over 100,000 followers and listeners tuning in from 100+ countries across the globe, Courageously Kind is a full-on kindness movement.
What started as a podcast between two twins has grown into a multimedia platform dedicated to sharing stories of people living courageous and kind lives — and the community around it keeps growing.
Liz and Maddie Adams have built something that reaches far beyond their own backyard, creating a space that is kind, accepting, and inclusive — and proving that kindness is worth talking about, every single day.
And honestly? These twins are just getting started.
THE COURAGEOUS CREATORS
Liz Adams is the co-founder of Courageously Kind, where she and her twin sister talk about kindness, facial difference, and all the weird, wonderful ways humans connect. She's a podcast host, advocate for those with visible differences, and professional overthinker who believes kindness is cool, even when it's complicated.
When she’s not spreading joy and justice, Liz is probably drinking iced coffee, organizing a color-coded to-do list, or trying to pet someone else’s cat.
Maddie Adams is the other half of Courageously Kind podcast co-host, kindness crusader, and the twin who always drives. She’s passionate about storytelling, facial difference, and making the world a little softer (and a little sillier) every day.
When she’s not recording or dreaming up big ideas, Maddie’s probably playing the Wordle, filling her gigantic water bottle, or pretending she didn’t just cry at a dog video.
